Farro Caprese Salad Recipe 🥗 


Ingredients:

- 1 cup farro

- 3 cups water

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved

- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- 3 tbsp olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Cook farro in water according to package instructions. Let it cool.

2. In a large bowl, combine farro, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil.

3. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
